Algeria, early summer 1992. Warda, Fairuz, Hakim and Salah get together to enjoy a sunny day at the beach, marked by first loves and light-heartedness. Laughter and games echo in this idyllic summer scene. But the harmony is shattered when a group of men violently set about a young woman alone on the beach.
